Carrie has worked for the Oliveri family for over 21 years. She has worked a wide variety of positions and has always loved the fast paced nature of the restaurant industry. When Carrie isn’t busy keeping Civic Kitchen & Drink on track she enjoys running and reading stacks of novels. She also secretly wants to be a contestant on Survivor.
